Dear Friends,
Today I'd love to offer you two recipes of true sea dainties.
If not cooking, at least reading will water your mouth ;-)

" Smoked Salmon and Caviar & Lobster with Caviar "
I n g r e d i e n t s

Smoked Salmon and Caviar
Russian red caviar is considered, fairly, the most nutritious fish product. The taste of caviar is very soft, tender and delicate.Slice across enough smoked salmon fillets and then shape the fillet portions into circles or minicones, on toast. Pipe a little whipped heavy cream on top and add a small spoonful of red caviar.

Lobster with Caviar
Russian black caviar is one of Russia's national symbols. Since ancient times, Russian black caviar has been celebrated as the best, most delicious, delicate and nutritious portion of the fish. Caviar and lobster - what else do you need to be happy?
Cut a cooked lobster tail into slices. Lightly toast as much white bread as you need and cut it into rounds with a small pastry cutter. Place a slice of lobster (or two) on each toast round. Top with grains of black caviar.
1 ea lobster
50 g sturgeon caviar
toasts

Bon Appetit!
Olga.
