Dear friends,
How are you doing?
I found a very interesting news about Friendship train. The Friendship Train from Chechnya to-all-Russia, cultural and information event, meant to familiarize the public with sweeping changes taking place in the Chechen republic, starts today.
The train will visit more than 20 Russian citizens - Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Birobidzhan, Blagoveshchensk, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Kazan, Nizhni Novgorod and Vladimir.. The Chechen delegation is led by Prime Minister Sergei Abramov.
The purpose of the event is to help the public gain a better understand of the culture and traditions of the Chechen people and the creative processes taking place in the republic.
The Chechen delegation includes officials, actors, scholars, public representatives and journalists.
And you have you ever been to Russia or thinking to come? ;-)
For the recipe, we are making Ukrainian dish,

Method:

Knead the dough, let it stand for 20-30 min (so it would become more sticky), roll the dough finger thick, slice into small squares (2-3 fingers wide). Drop into a boiling salty water and boil until they float on top, or a bit longer if the middle is raw. Place on a rack, let the water run off well. Fry quickly in butter on a pan, shaking the pan occasionaly. You can add cubed bacon to the galushki on the pan at this point. Serve with sourcream.

Bon Appetit!
Olga.
