Pumpkin Pie recipe

1/2 lb baked pumpkin
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
14 oz flour
2 tbsp sugar
fruit jam
measures conversion [+]

Mash baked pumpkin and combine with walnuts, flour, butter, cloves, cinnamon and sugar and knead dough. Spread 3/4 dough evenly in a greased baking mould. Then spread a layer of jam finely and cover with dough strips. Bake in a preheated oven on average heat until done.
