Bisquick Chicken recipe

2 cups Bisquick Mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
chicken breasts/chicken tenderloins
salt, pepper, paprika to taste
measures conversion [+]

Mix Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs, adding salt, pepper, or paprika as needed. Cover bottom of frying pan with enough oil to submerge at least half of the chicken breast or tenderloin. Heat oil on stove and dip chicken into batter. When oil is heated fry chicken on medium to low heat until golden brown on each side and are cooked through.
