Boiled potatoes with pickles recipe

Ingredients:
4 ea potatoes boiled
4 pickled cucumbers (sauerkraut)
1 onion
4 tbsp oil

Method:
Cut potatoes in small cubes, add finely chopped pickled cucumbers and onion. Add salt to taste and dress with oil. Stir carefully and fry until light golden.
