White sauce for boiled meat recipe


Ingredients:
1 c broth or water
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
salt
spices
measures conversion [+]

Method:
Melt butter in the pan, stir in flour quickly and cook on low heat until the pleasant smell. The colour of flour must not change. Dissolve it in broth, add salt to taste and cook for 20 minutes.
