Red sauce recipe

1 c broth or water
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
measures conversion [+]

Fry butter until light brown. Add to flour, fry stirring regularly until it is light red. Dissolve in the broth and bring to boil, salt and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Serve to fried meat, cutlets.
