Hunting sauce recipe

Hunting sauce is one of the most delicious ones. The palatable combination of mushrooms, wine and spices will create the true atmosphere after hunting at your home. The sauce is served with wild game or lamb.

Ingredients:
2 cups red sauce
2 tbsp oil
5 oz fresh mushrooms
butter
parsley and tarragon green

Method:
Fry finely chopped mushrooms and onion in oil and put them into the red sauce, stew for 15-20 minutes. After that pour in red wine and chopped greens. Bring to boil and dress with melted butter.
