Almond Soy Ginger Sauce recipe

Great tasting sauce to dress up plain pasta or rice!

1/4 cup almond butter
4 tbsp soy sauce (Bragg's)
1/2 tbsp fresh crushed ginger
1/2 tbsp fresh crushed garlic
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp water
1/2 cup chopped green onions

In a small sauce pan over low-medium heat, combine all ingredients, except green onions, and cook for 5 minutes. Do not boil. The honey will melt and the fresh ginger and garlic will soften and give off their flavours. Use the sauce on pastas or rice. Sprinkle green onions on top of the sauce.
