1 cup shredded horseradish, either fresh or extra hot canned (drained);
1 cup sour cream;
1/2 cup beef or veal stock;
1 tsp plain vinegar;

Gently whisk the horseradish, sour cream, and stock together, until smooth and clump-free. Whisk in vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with roast, boiled beef, or buzhenina. Keep refrigerated in a tightly sealed container, so that the horseradish does not evaporate.
