Armenian Spinach recipe

1qt Fresh spinach cooked & drained
2 tb Butter
4 ea Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1 c Diced munster cheese*
1 c Feta or another goat cheese
8 tb Cracker crumbs
2 ea Slices buttered bread
Sour cream
measures conversion [+]

*NOTE: Any mild white cheese may be used. Cook spinach & drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except bread & eggs. Beat eggs and add to cooled mixture. Pour into a 2-qt casserole and top with cubed bread. Bake at 350-deg F for 30-mins. Serve hot with a generous dollop of sour cream on top.
