Baked Pirohi recipe

5 medium Potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed.
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda, for Flour
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp baking soda, for potatoes
4 cups all-purpose Flour
Sauerkraut - chop, Squeeze dry, discard liquid
Fry Pork fat and 1 cup chopped onion together
Pepper and Salt to taste
1 lb. butter, melted

When you mash potatoes, make sure there are absolutely no lumps. Mix potatoes, egg yolks and first tsp of baking soda together. Add 1/4 tsp salt. Add alternately flour and milk, making flour last one to alternate. Remove from bowl at this point to a floured surface and knead till smooth. Fill with filling.
