Versavia Summer Salad recipe

This delightful summer salad takes five minutes to make, but will leave your friends raving for long after its been eaten! It was created by accident by my dear friend after she spent a late night at work in Moscow and came home only to find an empty refrigerator. A quick survey of her refrigerator and pantry revealed only a block of cheese, several cans of tuna, tomatoes and some Balsamic vinegar. Starving, she mixed everything in a bowl and hoped for the best. She came into work the next day with the leftovers for lunch. And was kind enough to share!

Ingredients:
3 cans tuna
10 oz Rossiiski syr (Russian Cheese)
3 tomatoes, chopped
Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar
