Cauliflower With Potatoes recipe

Ingredients:
1 ea cauliflower head, boiled.
4 oz oil.
1 lb boiled potatoes.
1 ea big onion.
2 ea eggs.
3 tbsp flour.
salt.
parsley green.

Method:
Pour oil on the pan and fry with finely chopped onion. Put boiled cauliflower parts, sliced potatoes and pour over eggs beaten with flour and salt and bake in the oven until done. Decorate with parsley greens before serving.
