Sochny recipe

21/2 c flour
1 c sour cream
3 ea eggs
2 tb butter
salt to taste
oil to fry
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c sour cream
2 ea eggs
sugar to taste

Make pastry from eggs, salt, sour cream, butter, flour. The pastry must be stiff. Filling: mix cheese cottage with sour cream, sugar and eggs. Roll up the pastry into rounds (1-1,5 cm thick) with a diameter of a little saucer. Fill each round with 1 table spoon of filling and fold into half-moons. Pinch edges together. Put in the deep-fryer and fry with a lot of oil. Sochny are served with sugar and sour cream and tea. ;-)
