Matreshka Homemade Cookies recipe


Ingredients:
3 c flour
3 ea eggs
9 oz butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 c oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
Beat up eggs with sugar, add soft butter, baking powder, vanilla and stir thoroughly. While stirring, add flour gradually. Knead stiff dough. Grind the dough in the mincer and put little heaps on a baking sheet greased with oil. Put in a well heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle baked cookies with powdered sugar.
