You want to spread the mixture very thin on the pan(s) so they come out thin.
You also want the blinchikee to be golden brown or if you prefer well done you can also burn it a little.
You get a whole stack of then and they take about 30 minutes to make all together.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
6tbs. sugar
1tsp. salt
2cups milk
3cups water
4cups flour
3cups milk
1cup water
ladel
sauce pan(s)
oil
something to rub oil on the pans(i use half of a potato)

Method:
Mix in a large bowl:
4 eggs
6tbs. sugar
1tsp. salt
2cups milk
3cups water
4cups flour
3cups milk
1cup water
then you put some oil in the pan(s) and wait for the oil to get hot
then depending on the size of the pan(s) you want to fill it about 1/2 to 3/4 full
you can then put the mixture in the pan(s)
when the egdes of the blinchikee start to fold over or get crispy you flip it
when you are done with about 7 blinchikee i like to put melted butter over them to give alittle flavor
