Lobsters in sourcream recipe

Ingredients:
2 lobsters
2 c sour cream
salt
greens

Method:
Wash lobsters in cold water, cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain water, add sour cream and stew on low heat until the sour cream is pink. Serve with sour cream and decorate with greens.
