Myaso po Albanski recipe

Always equal amounts of eggs, mayo, and corn starch, no matter how much meat you use. The mixture has to be loose, like pancake batter

1.5 lbs any meat (pork, beef, lamb, poultry),
3 eggs,
3 tbsp mayonnaise,
3 tbsp corn starch,
salt, pepper to taste

Cut meat into small pieces (porubit myaso malenkimi kusochkami) Mix all ingredients together, it has to be of very loose consistency (kak blinchiki). Fry in butter like small pancakes. Enjoy.
