1 lb boneless beef
1/2 ea cabbage head
1 ea onion
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp flour
2 oz fat
1 c broth

Slice the beef finely, salt the slices and beat every slice.
Shred cabbage and chop onion finely, stew cabbage with tomato
sauce, vinegar, salt.
Put a teaspoon of stewed vegetables on the slice of meat, roll
in and tie up with a thread. Roll every beef-roll in bread
crumbs. Fry until golden in the pan. Put fried roll in a deep
pan, pour broth into, chop fat finely and put on the rolls.
Stew for 1/2 hour. Release Kroucheniki from threads and serve
with stewed sauce.
