Veal baked with tomatoes recipe


Ingredients:
1 lb veal
1/2 lb tomatoes
6 tbsp melted butter
salt
pepper greens
measures conversion [+]

Method:
Cut veal into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, red pepper. Put veal on the pan with chopped tomatoes around. Add a little hot water and bake in well heated oven until the meat is soft. Serve with fried potatoes and the stewed sauce.
