Meat in a cheese crust recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb beef fillet
10 oz grated cheese
4 ea eggs
mayonnaise
oil
salt

Method:
Slice beef finely and beat up. Combine grated cheese, eggs, salt, mayonnaise and flour until it looks like dense batter. Soak meat slices in the batter and fry on a preheated pan with oil until done.
