Makaronnik z Myasom (Noodles with meat) recipe


Ingredients:
9 oz noodles
9 oz meat flesh
1 ea egg
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
measures conversion [+]

Method:
Grind meat in the mincer, add salt and stir thoroughly. Boil noodles in salted water(for every 100 g noodles is 2 c water), strain them. Add uncooked egg and salt if needed, stir carefully. Put a half of noodles evenly in the baking pan greased with butter. Put mincemeat evenly and cover with the rest of noodles. sprinkle with butter and bake in a well heated oven until makaronnik is light brown (20-25 mins). Serve with sour cream.
