Sauce-mayonnaise with horseradish recipe

Ingredients:
1lb mayonnaise
4 oz horseradish root peeled

Method:
Wash horseradish carefully and grate finely, scald and let cool down. Stir horseradish mass in mayonnaise thoroughly. Serve to cold dishes from meat and fish.
