Pumpkin Cutlets recipe

2 1/2 lb pumpkin
1 c milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c semolina
2 ea eggs
dried and finely ground bread-crumbs

Peel pumpkin and grind it. Add salt and stew in the pan with oil until it is ready. Then add milk, sugar and semolina (watch out for lumps). Stir carefully and thoroughly. When semolina is ready, take off from the heat and let cool down. After that add eggs, mix very well. Shape cutlets, roll in dried and finely ground bread-crumbs and fry until brown. Pumpkin Cutlets are served with milk, kefir or tea. You can use sour cream or jam with it.
