Pancakes "Skorospelki" recipe

Pancakes "Skorospelki" are perfect for breakfast or a quick-made tasty meal. Pancakes or blini are easily served as a dessert with honey or jam, or as a main dish with sour cream, salmon, meat filling or cheese. Blini are loved by kids of all ages!

Ingredients:
1 tb oil
1 c flour; sifted (more if needed)
2 c milk
1 ea egg
1 ea egg yolk
salt & pepper

Method:
Blend all the ingredients and let stand 30 minutes before using. Make 1 large pancake covering one side with branches of fresh dill. Turn and cook and remove. Make other large pancakes until batter is gone. Serve pancakes with jam, honey, sour cream or other spreads.
