Kovrizhka recipe

2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 ea egg
1/2 c honey
1/2 c ground almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon and cloves
baking powder
measures conversion [+]

Beat an egg with sugar, honey and then add spices, flour, baking powder, salt and make a dough. Roll out a sheet 1 cm thick. Put in the pan and sprinkle with almonds or nuts. Bake in not very hot oven for 15 minutes. Cool down and cover with icing (Beat 2 egg whites with juice of 1 lemon and 1 c sugar powder).
