Lenivy Vatrushki recipe


Ingredients:
5 tbsp sour cream
3 oz butter
3 tsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 cup flour
cottage cheese mixed with 1 egg, sugar or honey to taste for filling

Method:
Warm butter on low heat and stir all ingredients up. Make sausage-like bar of dough and slice it in 10 parts. From each part, make a small ball. Squeeze a ball and make a small deepening in it. Put some cottage cheese mix into balls. Bake vatrushki in a stove until light golden.
