Perishke pirozhki small pies recipe

1/2 C water,
1tsp sugar,
2 pkg (8g) yeast,
1/2 Cup oil,
1/2 Cup sugar,
1 tsp salt,
3 eggs (beaten),
5-6 cups flour,
one and a half cups scalded milk - COOLED.
1 pkg of dry cottage cheese,
1 egg yolk
1 pint (500ml) 35% whipping cream, dill

Combine water,sugar and yeast and set aside. Mix all ingredients for dough together, add yeast mixture and then add the scalded and cooled milk. Form into dough and Let stand 15 minutes. Combine the cottage cheese and egg yolk. Fill a small ball of dough with the filling. Do not let buns rise after making. Put in oven and bake at 350. When nice and brown brush take our and brush with margarine. (Freezes well.) On stove top, warm 35% whipping cream with dill. Pour over perishke and put back into oven for 5-10 minutes more.
