Chicken with Rice recipe

1 ea average chicken
7 oz flour
1 tbsp spoon butter
1 tbsp vodka or brendy
1 cup rice
1 ea onion
1 tsp butter
oil to fry

Boil chicken in salted water. Make a paste from flour, water, vodka, sugar and salt. The dough must be dense like sour cream. Detach chicken meat from bones and cut into slices. Take every slice with a fork and soak in the paste. Sink the slices in the pan with boiling oil. Take out as soon as the slices are pink. Water rice under running water. Put it in the skillet, pour over boiling water and bring to boil. Pour off water, salt the rice and put in a peeled onion, butter and pour over boiling water just to cover the rice. Put the skillet in a larger pan with water and cook on the steam until all water has evaporated and the rice is ready. After that take out an onion. Serve hot with greens.
