My Russian grandmother when she was alive would make this wonderful soup. It actually tastes better 24 hours later....but cannot seem to find a good rye bread like she had fresh from the bakery.
Ingredients:
1 Pork Chop (bone and all)
1 Head of Cabbage
1T Ketchup
I carrot grated
salt to taste
Rye Bread
measures conversion [+]
Method:
Cook pork chop until almost dissolved - add carrot, then add cabbage and ketchup. Serve with a good rye bread
