Salat Iz Kapusty (Cabbage Salad) recipe

Ingredients:
1 ea Cabbage head firm & white
Approx 1 1/2 lbs.
1 ea Onion medium
1 ea Granny Smith apple lg.
1 c Mayonaise
4 tb Carrot shavings very thin
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt

Method:
Core and juliene the cabbage & apple. Mince the onion very fine. Combine ina large bowl with the mayonaise, carrots, sugar, & salt. Chill & serve chilled.
